UGANDA

Picture
In Uganda we are blessed to have a number of wonderful team leaders. In Kampala,  Betsy Vorster has focused her effort on helping the children in the HORD Orphanage.  Although based in Jinja, Rock Rwakishaya has brought his team to Nebbi District in  Northern Uganda. He brought supplies, including treadle sewing machines, and trained  representatives of the St. Augustine Community Love Programme. This group then  trained the thousands of women in their community how to make shoes. In Mbale,          our leader, Rev. Kathleen Masuba will be making shoes for children in her orphanage    and traveling to train women in the surrounding villages.
