ATEG is Fighting COVID-19 in Mali

In the fight against COVID-19, ATEG directed resources towards limiting the spread in Bamako, Mali. We installed sinks on the exterior of the Children's Clinic, which provides the street children with a source of clean water for hand washing and drinking. ATEG also donated 33 portable hand wash stations to schools, shelters for abandoned children and the Falhadie IDP Camp. The clinic's medical staff visited all of these facilities to educate the children about the importance of hand washing and social distancing. We also enabled women to make thousands of face masks which were distributed free to the community.
